Don't want to pay for a professional, FAA licensed operator like us? Then keep this in mind:
(WE DO NOT REPAIR DRONES)
While there are other brands besides DJI & Autel - they are the main players for real estate and recreational drone photography. DJI is more restricted in airspace due to it's programming. While that keeps you safe - it isn't always exact and can keep you grounded - even if you are in a legal area to fly. Autel isn't quite as advanced - but as of this writing (2020) - they don't have all the airspace restrictions built in like the DJI does. Autel Drones leave it up to the pilot to assure he or she is legally flying.
Ultimately, there are hundreds of drone reviews out there for you to do your research with.
Before the DJI Mavic & Mini - there was the DJI Phantom. DJI revolutionized recreational drones by creating the Mavic folding drone. Soon, others followed suit. Autel folds as well. The Phantom drone is still a favorite - as it's easier to see at a distance and it can be purchased used very cheap. The Phantom also has more sensors to keep your drone safe from obstacles.
If you are a Realtor - YOU NEED A DRONE LICENSE. If you do not - you face fines and imprisonment. You need a handheld device to stabilize your video (see below). A DJI Mini or smaller drone is OK - but will not have the stability for flying in wind and is risky for using in a business. At minimum - you need a Mavic, Phantom or Autel. Remember, it is a Federal crime to fly a drone for business - yes, real estate - or even if you use the photos to sell your own house without having a drone operators license.
